For Village Center Station and Colorado Center, the goal was clear: create amenity environments that feel complete, welcoming, and ready for serious tenant tours. The amenity refresh was designed to support a full-floor buildout featuring five spec suites and a shared space that encourages tenants to gather.
Where the furniture package stops, the details start
Casey’s team had the foundation, but the final layer was the missing piece. The parts that make a space feel intentional, styled, and ready to photograph are not always covered in a traditional furniture or design scope.
